1) HE IS FOR INDEPENCE OF PUERTO RICO BECAUSE HE SAID THAT THE US IS IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING AND HE WILL NOT PUT HIS GUARD DOWN IN DEFENCE. ALSO BECAUSE HE HAS FAITH IN P.R AND THAT THEY CAN SEE THE VISION OF BEAUTY.

What are other methods Lolita could've used instead of shooting up Congress? Did this action move the efforts forward or backwards. The efforts being an independent Puerto Rico.
